Welcome to the reBrain website (“the Website”). Use of the Website, including purchasing workshops,

is conditional on your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website.

1. General

1.1. Use of the reBrain Website is subject to the terms and conditions detailed in these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. Any action on the Website, including purchasing workshops, constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions.

1.3. The Website reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time,

and any changes will enter into force immediately upon their publication on the Website.

2. Purchasing Workshops

2.1. The Website offers users therapeutic workshops for purchase online.

2.2. To make a purchase, you must register on the Website and provide personal and payment details.

2.3. Payment for the workshops will be made by credit card or other payment method offered on the site.

2.4. The credit card purchaser must be 18 years of age or older.

2.5. After payment is completed, the user will be sent a confirmation message to the email provided during registration.

3. Cancellation of purchase and refund

3.1. Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741, 1981.

3.2. Cancellation of participation in a workshop will be possible with advance notice of at least 7 days before the workshop date, in which case a full refund will be given.

3.3. Cancellation of participation less than 7 days before the workshop date will entitle the user to a refund of 50% of the purchase amount.

3.4. No refund will be given after the workshop begins, except in special cases where consent is given.

4. Liability

4.1. The site will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the site or from participation in workshops,

unless the damage is caused as a result of gross negligence on the part of the site management.

4.2. The user undertakes to check the suitability of the workshops for his personal needs before purchasing them.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

5.1. All content that appear on the site, including texts, images, graphics and other content,

are protected by copyright and belong to the reBrain site or to third parties who have given permission to use this content.

5.2. The content that appears on the site may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission from the site management.

6. Privacy and data security

6.1. The site is committed to maintaining the privacy of users and complying with privacy protection laws.

6.2. User information will not be transferred to third parties, except for the purpose of carrying out transactions

or in the event that it is required to do so by law.
